Erik Seifert
- software revenue architect
Erik Seifert possesses a rare combination of skills and experience, all centered on how to make software a commercial success.
Seifert’s unique academic background combines with practical experience from a variety of software companies — spanning from hands-on work across functional units to CEO experience with hardcore global results.
Through his training as an economist Seifert created a new economic theory on public goods pricing with economic efficiency. Unknown to Seifert at the time, this work came to influence his career — as software typically exhibits some of the key properties of public goods.
That circumstance leads to a unique set of practical challenges for a software company — challenges, that aside from programming itself, Seifert has tackled from just about every angle:
- CEO/Legal
- Marketing & Sales
- Product Management & Product Marketing
- Product & Corporate Communications
- Accounting, Administration & Finance
And practically all of these challenges have involved addressing markets globally.
